Welcome to Facepaint Studio School of Make-up

 

Based in London until I was 30 with a make-up career spanning over 20 years. I began assisting established make-up artists after studying at The London College of Fashion. Upon finishing my training I began freelancing and this had a springboard effect which led me sourcing my own make-up. 

 

My work is clean, clear and precise and attention to detail is crucial. The experience I have had stretched across the board ranging from T.V., film, music promos, fashion, advertising, editorial, commercial, weddings and corporate events, here in New Zealand, London and Italy.

 

Facepaint Studio School of Make-up offers a selection of courses and workshops that range from 1-day courses for personal learning and courses for aspiring make-up artists who want a professional make-up career. All skill levels will be welcomed.

 

Personalised tutoring and one on one care are paramount for all our students who enroll with us. To ensure our students receive thorough training we enroll a maximum of 10 students per course. The school is located in Paraparaumu on the Kapiti Coast near the train station. The school is accessible by road, train, and bus. We now have the added bonus of Paraparaumu airport linking us closer to Auckland and the South Island.

 

The director of Facepaint Studio Make-up School Charlie Timmons endeavors all participating students have a productive, creative, enjoyable learning experience. Our mission is to train and inspire make-up artists with a passion.
